摘　　要：针对传统自适应充注系统传输SF6气体储存罐体产生晃动,导致充注系统产生的损耗数值较大,针对该问题,设计苏通GIL管廊工程应急抢修SF6气体自适应充注系统。设计SF6气体快速输送结构,在气缸推杆上放置一对夹具,控制气罐传输时产生的晃动,组建管廊工程真空注射装备。设定SF6气体充注阈值,建立自适应充注调节方案,最终完成自适应充注系统。实验结果表明:充注系统运行时产生的损耗数值最小。For the traditional adaptive filling system transmission SF6 gas storage tank to produce shaking,resulting in a large value of loss generated by the filling system,for this problem,the design of Sutong GIL pipeline corridor project emergency repair SF6 gas adaptive filling system.The hardware part designs the SF6 gas fast delivery structure,places a pair of clamps on the cylinder push rod to control the shaking generated by the gas tank transmission,and forms the vacuum injection equipment for the pipeline corridor project.The software part sets the SF6 gas charging threshold,establishes the adaptive charging adjustment scheme,and finally completes the design of the adaptive charging system.The experimental results show that the loss of the designed charging system is the smallest.
