摘　　要：为提升CPVC电缆保护管的保护性能,展开CPVC电缆保护管质量密度特性快捷测试。通过电缆保护管的伸长率、阻燃性与介电强度分析不同质量密度的电缆保护管的使用特性。设定测试误差剔除方法,对测试结果展开处理。通过测试结果分析可知,CPVC电缆保护管质量密度与电缆保护管的伸长率、阻燃性与介电强度呈正相关关系。In order to improve the protection performance of CPVC cable protection tube,the fast test of quality density characteristics of CPVC cable protection tube is carried out.The service characteristics of cable protection tube with different mass density are analyzed through the elongation,flame retardant and dielectric strength of the cable protection tube.The test error elimination method is set to process the test results.Through the analysis of the test results,the mass density of CPVC cable protection tube is positively correlated with the elongation,flame retardancy and dielectric strength of the cable protection tube.
