摘 要:在第三代高强钢设计中,碳是最重要的合金化元素,表征碳元素在钢中的扩散行为,是设计和调控钢中显微组织结构以获得优异力学性能的关键。对中钢中碳原子占位及扩散行为表征技术的研究进展进行综述,分析了钢回火过程中碳原子占位状态及扩散行为与组织性能的关系,对相关表征技术进行了梳理及对比,为研究、掌握碳原子扩散运动与微观组织转变关系规律提供借鉴和参考。Carbon is the most important alloying element in the design of the third generation high strength steel.Characterizing the diffusion behaviors of carbon in the steel is the key to design and control the microstructure to obtain excellent mechanical properties.The research progress of carbon atom occupancy and diffusion characterization technology in medium and low-carbon structural steel was reviewed,and the relationship between carbon atom occupancy state and diffusion behaviors and microstructure properties in the tempering process of medium and low-carbon structural steel was analyzed.The related characterization techniques were sorted out and compared to provide reference for the study the relationship between the diffusion movement of carbon atoms.
