摘 要:为探究“断链”引发的欠载级联失效对生鲜农产品供应链网络综合抗毁性的影响,首先在复杂网络理论基础上构建生鲜农产品供应链基础网络,随后从企业初始库存、库存容量上下限、企业欠载失效概率、企业库存分流机制、企业应急恢复措施5个方面对级联失效过程进行刻画,提出了一种综合考虑生鲜运输效率和新鲜度损耗的欠载级联失效模型。通过随机攻击和蓄意攻击两种破坏方式对网络节点和边的抗毁性进行仿真分析,结果表明:在随机攻击模式下,生鲜农产品供应链网络的边比企业节点更容易受欠载失效影响;在蓄意攻击模式下,过度中心化的合作模式反而会降低网络的节点抗毁性,但对边流通性影响不明显;存在最优的库存保障投入和风险恢复投入理论区间,且增加企业风险恢复投入更有利于提升网络的综合抗毁性。针对仿真结果分析,对于生鲜农产品供应链网络优化时,应着重从企业的风险抵抗能力和去中心化的合作模式入手,可有效提升网络的稳定性。A fresh agricultural products supply chain based on the theory of complex networks has been constructed to investigate the impact of under-load cascading failure caused by chain breakages on comprehensive invulnerability.Then,an under-load cascading failure model that considers the transport efficiency and freshness loss of fresh agricultural products was presented.It was described from five perspectives:enterprise initial inventory,upper and lower limit of inventory capacity,enterprise under-load failure probability,enterprise inventory diversion mechanism,and enterprise emergency recovery mechanism.Through the numerical simulation of the invulnerability of network nodes and edges with random attacks and deliberate attacks,the results show as follows.Under random attack mode,the edges are more vulnerable than nodes under the effects of cascading failures.Under the deliberate attack mode,the over-centralized cooperation mode can reduce the node-invulnerability,but not obvious to edge fluidity.Both risk recovery input and inventory security input have optimal ranges,but the former is more beneficial to improving the comprehensive invulnerability of the network.According to the report,enterprises can enhance risk resistance and build the decentralized cooperation model when optimizing the network,allowing the network to be more stable.
