摘 要:露天矿铲装作业点冬季作业时产生大量浓雾,影响电铲司机作业视线,导致铲装作业效率降低。考虑现场实际及对比分析,提出采用压风射流方式进行浓雾驱散。以某露天矿铲装作业点为研究对象,建立露天矿铲装作业点压风射流驱雾模型,利用ANSYS Fluent软件模拟压风射流风机出口风速、风机安装数量及安装角度对驱雾效果的影响,确定合理的压风射流驱雾方案。模拟结果表明:安装两台出口风速为39.7 m/s的压风射流风机且安装角度均内偏15°时驱雾效果良好。利用该方案进行了现场安装应用,驱雾效果明显,提高了电铲司机作业视线,能为露天矿铲装作业点冬季驱雾问题提供技术支持。A large amount of fog is generated during the shovel loading operation point in open-pit mine in winter,which blocks the driver's view,reduces mining and loading efficiency.Considering the actual situation and comparative analysis,the compressed air jet was proposed to disperse the fog.An open-pit mine was taken as the research object,a compressed air jet fog dispersal model of the shovel loading operation point in open-pit mine was established,using ANSYS Fluent to simulate the influence of outlet wind speed,fan installation number and installation angle on fog dispersal effect of compressed air jet.The results show that two compressed air jets with outlet wind speed of 39.7 m/s can drive fog more effectively,and when the two compressed air jets are installed at an internal angle of 15°,the fog dispersal effect is well.The scheme was applied in the open-pit mine,the fog dispersal effect is obvious and the shovel driver's line of sight is improved.It can provide technical support for fog dispersal in winter at shovel loading operation point in open-pit mine in winter.
