摘 要:为了提高顺北油田深层水平井套管居中度,基于行业标准《SY/T5724—2008套管柱结构与强度设计》模型修正、弹性扶正器力学性能参数测试、不同类型扶正器与井壁摩阻系数的准确获取,结合油田扶正器安放实际做法,研究形成了一套水平井套管居中优化方法,并在顺北油田深层水平井TK156H中得到应用,实例应用表明该方法计算误差在工程允许范围内,有助于指导顺北油田深层水平井套管扶正器安放设计,保障水平井套管居中与安全下入。In order to improve the casing centering degree of deep horizontal wells in Shunbei oilfield,a casing centring optimization method was developed based on the model modification for the professional standard《SY/T 5724—2008 Casing String Sructure and Strength Design》,mechanical performance parameters test for the elastic centralizer,accurate acquisition of friction coefficient between different types of centralizer and borehole,and combining with the centralizer placement practice of oilfield.It had been applied in deep horizontal well TK156H of Shunbei oilfield.The practical application shows that the calculation error of this method is within the allowable range of engineering.It is helpful to guide the casing centralizer placement design of deep horizontal wells in Shunbei oilfield,and it helps to ensure the safety of running casing and insure the centering degree in horizontal wells.
