摘 要:多相无刷励磁机已广泛应用于大容量核电机组,但现阶段对常见故障缺乏可靠的检测及保护措施。该文设计了一种用于无刷励磁机故障检测的磁极探测线圈,并研究了不同磁极下探测线圈的组合联结方式。针对多相环形绕组无刷励磁机的励磁绕组匝间短路、二极管开路、电枢绕组断线和内部短路等常见故障,分析了正常运行和各种故障工况下多相电流及其产生的合成电枢反应磁场的特点,推导出各种故障在磁极探测线圈端口引起的电压谐波特征,并通过样机实验进行了验证。理论分析与实验结果表明,应用该文设计的组合磁极探测线圈,可根据探测线圈端口电压的频率特征,检测并区分各种故障,为提高多相无刷励磁机的安全可靠性提供了新思路。Multiphase brushless exciters have been widely used in large-capacity nuclear power units,but there is a lack of reliable measures for detection and protection of common faults at present.In this paper,a new type of fault detecting coil installed on the field pole of the brushless exciter,named as pole detection coil,was designed,and the connection ways of the detection coils was also studied.Characteristics of the phase current and armature reaction magnetic field were analyzed under normal operation and various fault conditions such as inter-turn short-circuit of field windings,open-circuit of diode,line break fault and internal short-circuit of armature windings in the multiphase brushless exciters with polygon connection armature.And then,the harmonic characteristics of the open-circuit voltage generated in the detection coil port were theoretically analyzed,and were verified by experiments on a model prototype of 11-phase brushless exciter.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that,common faults in the multiphase brushless exciters could be detected and distinguished by the pole detection coil with the proposed connection ways,which provides a new idea to improve the operation safety and reliability of the multiphase brushless exciter.
