摘  要:针对河南芦沟煤矿12206工作面过小煤窑采空区矸石冒落带回采过程中出现的煤壁片帮、矸石冒落等影响工作面安全高效生产的问题,提出超前注浆加固治理采空区破碎矸石技术方案,通过对比分析,确定选取高水速凝材料作为注浆材料,并结合工作面实际开采情况设计了注浆加固技术参数。现场应用结果表明,工作面过小煤窑采空区回采过程中,未出现大面积煤壁片帮、矸石冒落等问题,工作面回采速度保持在3.6 m/d,实现了安全高效生产,为类似条件下矿井开采提供了技术参考。In view of the problems that coal wall spalling and gangue falling will affect the safe and efficient production of the working face in the recovery process of gangue falling zone in the goaf of small coal mines No.12206 Face of Lugou Mine in Henan Province,a technical scheme of advanced grouting reinforcement for the treatment of broken gangue in the goaf was proposed.Through comparative analysis,it was determined to select high-water rapid solidification material as the grouting material,and the technical parameters of grouting reinforcement were designed according to the actual mining situation of the working face.The field application results showed that during the mining process of working face passing through the goaf of small coal mine,there were no problems such as large area coal wall spalling and gangue falling,and the mining speed of working face was maintained at 3.6 m/d,which realized safe and efficient production,and provided technical reference for mine mining under similar conditions.
