摘　　要：离心式压缩机又称透平式压缩机,依靠叶轮高速旋转使气体产生离心力,在扩压器中将动能转化成压力能。离心式压缩机广泛应用于化工、天然气、发电、制药、煤层开采等领域,其运行稳定,结构简单紧凑,排气连续均匀,可实现大气量和高转速运输,在生产运行过程中占据重要地位。综述了离心式压缩机的应用现状及特点,分析了不同领域对离心式压缩机的性能要求,总结和阐述了离心式压缩机的常见故障及产生原因,为压缩机的选型、日常操作和后期维护等提供一定的指导。Centrifugal compressor,also known as turbine compressor,relies on the high-speed rotation of impeller to produce centrifugal force for gas,and convert kinetic energy into pressure energy in diffuser.Centrifugal compressor is widely used in chemical industry,natural gas,power generation,pharmacy,coal mining and other fields,its stable operation,simple and compact structure,continuous and uniform exhaust,can realize atmospheric volume and high-speed transportation,and occupies an important position in the process of production and operation.The application status and characteristics of centrifugal compressor were summarized,the performance requirements of centrifugal compressor in different fields were analyzed,the common faults and causes of centrifugal compressor were summarized and expounded,which can provide some guidance for compressor selection,daily operation and later maintenance.
