摘 要:按照井下应用目的对煤矿反应型高分子材料进行了分类。详述了加固注浆、空穴充填、瓦斯控制、防火灭火材料以及水控制方面使用的相关材料。论述和分析了高分子材料的成份组成、反应机理、产品特点、优缺点以及应用范围,并给出了相关标准和要求。介绍了聚氨酯、水玻璃-聚氨酯、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂等高分子材料的成份组成、应用方法、优缺点以及达到的效果。分析了高分子材料在煤矿应用的优缺点,对未来产品的发展进行了展望。The coal mine reactive polymer materials were classified according to the purpose of underground application.The relevant materials used in grouting reinforcement,cavity filling,gas control,fire prevention,fire extingwishing materials and water control were described in detail.The composition,reaction mechanism,product characteristics,advantages and disadvantages and application range of polymer materials were discussed and analyzed,and the related standards and requirements were given.The composition,application methods,advantages and disadvantages of polyurethane,water glass polyurethane,phenolic resin,urea-formaldehyde resin and other polymer materials were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of polymer materials in coal mine application are analyzed,and the development of future products is prospected.
