摘 要:为实现煤化工污水废气的达标排放,采用UV光催化-活性炭吸附联合工艺技术处理煤化工污水废气。运行结果表明,通过洗涤、UV光催化和活性炭吸附等工艺流程,可有效去除废气中的异味,以及氨、硫化氢等污染物。经处理后的废气氨浓度降至0.7~1.2 mg/m^(3),硫化氢浓度降至0.037~0.048 mg/m^(3),臭气浓度降低到12~19(无量纲),污水废气排放标准达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)厂界二级排放标准。装置的成功运行,对企业的安全生产和大气环境的改善有重要的现实意义,为煤化工行业污水废气的处理提供了参考。In order to achieve the standard discharge of coal chemical sewage and waste gas,the combined process technology of UV photocatalysis-activated carbon adsorption was used to treat coal chemical sewage and waste gas.The operation results show that the odor,ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and other pollutants in the waste gas can be effectively removed by washing,UV photocatalysis and activated carbon adsorption.After treatment,the ammonia concentration of the waste gas is reduced to 0.7~1.2 mg/m^(3),the hydrogen sulfide concentration is reduced to 0.037~0.048 mg/m^(3),and the odor concentration is reduced to 12~19(dimensionless),and the discharge standard of sewage and waste gas has reached the second-level discharge standard of the factory boundary of the"Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant"(GB18918-2002).The successful operation of the device has important practical significance for the safety production of enterprise and the improvement of atmospheric environment,and provides a reference for the treatment of wastewater and waste gas in the coal chemical industry.
