摘  要:凝汽器长期运行后换热管内侧结垢是电厂普遍存在的问题,结垢导致端差上升,凝汽器换热效率下降,机组经济性下降,因此电厂不得不定期投入大量精力甚至停机来处理换热管结垢问题。另外一方面,对换热管内部结垢的清理能显著提高机组运行效率,起到节能增效作用,本文对换热管结垢进行了深度分析,并研究了各种换热器清洗方案的原理,对每个方案的优缺点进行了详细的分析对比,并针对部分方案的劣势进行了优化研究以及应用场景选择,为凝汽器冷端优化提供应用经验及解决思路。Scaling on the inner side of the heat exchange tube after long-term operation of the condenser is a common problem in the power plant.Scaling leads to the increases of the end difference,the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser decreases,and the economy of the unit decreases.Therefore,the power plant has to regularly invest a lot of energy or even shut down to deal with the scaling of the heat exchange tube.On the other hand,the cleaning of scaling inside the heat exchange tube can significantly improve the operation efficiency of the unit and play an energy-saving and synergistic role.In this paper,the scaling of the heat exchange tube is deeply analyzed,the principles of various heat exchanger cleaning schemes are studied,the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are analyzed and compared in detail,and the optimization research and application scenario selection are carried out according to the disadvantages of some schemes,It provides application experience and solutions for condenser cold end optimization.
