摘  要:文章介绍了智能总线型电液比例控制技术的工作原理和智能总线型电液比例阀的特点,通过将智能总线型电液比例阀应用到汽轮机调节阀油动机上,组成基于智能总线型电液比例控制系统,并对该汽轮机调节阀油动机的关键性能进行研究,并对研究结果进行分析,可得出基于智能总线型电液比例控制技术的汽轮机调节阀油动机比常规基于电液伺服控制技术的汽轮机调节阀油动机具有更高的可靠性和经济性。并通过集成到电液比例阀上的智能总线型通讯技术可为今后基于物联网的智慧电厂建设提供了重要的技术和功能支持。The paper introduces the intelligent main line working principle of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and intelligent total linear characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional valve,by applying intelligent total linear electro-hydraulic proportional valve on steam turbine control valve actuator,based on the intelligent total linear electro-hydraulic proportional control system,and the steam turbine control valve actuator to study the key performance,and analyzes the results of the study,can be obtained based on intelligent total linear electro-hydraulic proportional control technology of the steam turbine control valve actuator than conventional based on electro-hydraulic servo control technology of the steam turbine control valve actuator has higher reliability and economy.The intelligent bus communication technology integrated into the electro-hydraulic proportional valve can provide important technical and functional support for the future construction of smart power plant based on the Internet of things.
