摘  要:为了研究爆破漏斗的变化规律,通过小比例模型试验及数值模拟方法对长径比为3、5、7、9、11的柱状药包在不同填塞长度下的爆破漏斗进行试验。结果表明:在装药量不变情况下,随着填塞增加,漏斗体积增加46%~253%,单耗降低30%~73%;在填塞不变时,随着装药量增加,漏斗体积增加14%~96%,单耗增加13%~77%。飞散物抛掷速度与装药量呈正比、与最小抵抗线成反比,其速度达到峰值后小幅度降低并产生二次加速,并且第2次峰值速度小于第1次,随后进行自由落体运动。通过数值模拟证明了SPH法与RHT本构在处理岩体爆破等大变形问题中的准确性,并验证了试验结果准确性。In order to study the changing law of the blasting crater,the blast crater tests with cylinder charge aspect ratios of 3,5,7,9 and 11 and different stemming lengths were carried out by the small scale model test and numerical simulation.The results show that when the charge quality remains unchanged,the blast crater volume increases by 46%to 253%and the unit explosive consumption decreases by 30%to 73%,and when the stemming remains unchanged,the blasting crater volume increases by 14%to 96%,and the unit explosive consumption increases by 13%to 77%with the increase of the charge.The velocity of the flying object is proportional to the charge and inversely proportional to the minimum resistance line.After reaching the peak value,the velocity decreases slightly,accelerates for a second time then,and finally goes into free fall.The second peak value is smaller than the first one.The accuracy of the SPH method and the RHT constitutive method in dealing with large deformation problems such as rock blasting is proved by numerical simulation,and the accuracy of test results is verified.
