黑水虻虫沙对‘天工墨玉’葡萄产量及果实品质的影响

摘　　要：由餐厨垃圾转化成的黑水虻虫沙作基肥施用于3年生‘天工墨玉’葡萄上,以调查黑水虻虫沙对葡萄产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明:施用黑水虻虫沙后,葡萄的产量、果粒大小、硬度、果皮颜色指数及糖和总酚含量等随着施用量的增加而逐渐减少;而果实可滴定酸含量及明亮度L*值等指标则随施用量的增加而逐渐增大;同时,施用黑水虻虫沙降低了果实中酒石酸、柠檬酸的含量,提高了苹果酸的含量。说明适量施用黑水虻虫沙可提高‘天工墨玉’葡萄的产量,促进葡萄着色以及改善果实品质。综合考虑葡萄的产量及果实品质等因素,认为每株施用2.5 kg黑水虻虫沙处理的效果最好。Black soldier fly feces transformed from kitchen waste was applied as a base feitilizer on three-year-old’Tiangong Moyu’grape,to investigate the effects of black soldier fly feces on grape yield and fruit quality.The results showed that the berry size,yield,hardness,peel color index,soluble solids,total phenol content of’Tiangong Moyu’grape decreased gradually with the increase of application amount;titratable acid content and brightness L*value increased with the increase of application amount;the contents of tartaric acid and citric acid decreased,and the content of malic acid increased.It showed that proper application of black soldier fly feces could improve the yield,color and fruit quality of’Tiangong Moyu’grape.Under the experimental conditions,considering the grape yield and fruit quality,it was concluded that 2.5 kg black soldier fly feces per plant was the best treatment.
