避雨栽培中树形及叶幕形对‘威代尔’葡萄果实品质的影响

摘　　要：以酿酒葡萄品种‘威代尔’为试材,研究避雨栽培条件下不同树形及叶幕形对其果实品质的影响。结果表明:小厂形V形叶幕、小厂形直立叶幕、大厂形水平叶幕的穗质量、穗长、穗宽、粒质量均显著高于扇形直立叶幕。其中,小厂形V形叶幕的穗质量及粒质量最大,大厂形水平叶幕次之。大厂形水平叶幕的可溶性固形物、糖酸比、总黄酮及单宁含量最高,总酸含量最低。因此,避雨栽培条件下,‘威代尔’葡萄适宜的整形方式为大厂形水平叶幕,其次是小厂形V形叶幕。Using wine grape variety’Vidal’as test material,the effects of different tree shapes and leaf curtain shapes on the fruit quality under rain-shelter cultivation condition were studied.The results showed that cluster weight,length and width of cluster,berry weight of small厂-shape with V-shaped leaf curtain,small厂-shape with vertical leaf curtain,and large厂-shape with horizontal leaf curtain were significantly higher than those of erect fan-shaped curtain.Among them,the small厂-shape with V-shaped leaf curtain has the largest cluster weight and berry weight,and the large厂-shape with horizontal leaf curtain was the second.The soluble solids,sugar-to-acid ratio,total flavonoids and tannin content of large厂-shape with horizontal leaf curtains was the highest,and the total acid content was lower in all treatments.Therefore,under the conditions of rain-shelter cultivation,the suitable shaping method for wine grape’Vidal’was the large厂-shape with horizontal leaf curtain,followed by the small厂-shape with V-shaped leaf curtain.
