摘 要:为了研究芍药科4个野生种在泰山北麓的适应性,采用Li-6800对大花黄牡丹、滇牡丹、野芍药、川赤芍的光合参数进行测定,并对分布地和引种地的光合参数进行对比。结果表明:(1)光合有效辐射在0-1600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)范围内,4种植物的光响应曲线均表现为随着光合有效辐射(PAR)的增大净光合速率(Pn)增大;大花黄牡丹光补偿点高于其它3种植物,高于50μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),具有部分阳生植物的特点;芍药的光饱和点高于其它3种植物,说明芍药对光环境的适应性较强。(2)4种植物的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度日变化,除滇牡丹“午休”呈双峰曲线外,其余均为单峰曲线。川赤芍的胞间CO_(2)浓度为单峰,其它3种呈“横S型”;测试当天大花黄牡丹的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度均最高,较高的光合参数是其生长量大的生理基础。(3)芍药、大花黄牡丹的净光合速率与原分布地趋势相似,数值接近,说明这2种植物光合特性与原分布地基本一致。川赤芍、滇牡丹的日光合速率高于引种栽培于北京、杨凌的。总体来说在泰山北麓引种栽培,适应性排序为芍药>川赤芍>滇牡丹>大花黄牡丹。in order to study the adaptability of four wild species of the northern foot of Mount Tai,the photosynthetic parameters of Paeonia ludlowii,Paeonia delavayi,Paeonia lactiflora and Paeonia anomala subsp.veitchii were measured by Li-6800,and the photosynthetic parameters of distribution and introduction were compared.The results show that:(1)Within the range of 0-1600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) of photosynthetic effective radiation,the light response curves of the four plants showed that the net photosynthetic rate(PN)increased with the increase of photosynthetic effective radiation(PAR);The light compensation point of Paeonia ludlowii was higher than that of the other three plants,higher than 50μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),with the characteristics of some sunny plants;The light saturation point of Paeonia lactiflora is higher than that of the other three plants,indicating that Paeonia lactiflora has strong adaptability to the light environment.(2)The diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of the four plants were single peak curve except that the"lunch break"of Paeonia delavayi showed a double peak curve.The intercellular CO_(2) concentration of Paeonia anomala subsp.veitchii is single peak,and the other three species are"horizontal S-type";The photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO_(2) concentration of Paeonia ludlowii were the highest on the test day.Higher photosynthetic parameters were the physiological basis of its large growth.(3)The trend of net photosynthetic rate of Paeonia lactiflora and Paeonia ludlowii is similar to that of the original distribution,which indicates that the photosynthetic characteristics of these two plants are basically consistent with that of the original distribution.The photosynthetic rate of Paeonia anomala subsp.veitchii and Paeonia delavayi was higher than that of introduced and cultivated in Beijing and Yangling.In general,the order of adaptability of introduction and Cultivation in Mount Tai is Paeonia lac
