摘 要:传统的医用高压氧舱供氧故障检修系统在进行供氧故障检测时,检修准确率较低。为此,论文设计基于改进技术(PCA,principal components analysis)的医用高压氧舱供氧故障自动检修系统。通过感知层采集医用高压仓供氧数据信息,利用改进PCA模型实现医用高压氧舱供氧故障检修,依据非线性小波变换阈值法去除数据集噪声,有效保证故障自动检修的准确率。实验结果表明,变量数量为25个时,该系统的降维耗时仅为3.2s;噪声在90dB时,该系统的误检率和漏检率仅为0.92%和0.98%;该系统可提高故障检修准确率,并且抗噪性能良好,可在噪声环境中准确完成故障自动检修。The traditional medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber oxygen supply failure maintenance system has a low maintenance accuracy when detecting oxygen supply failure.Therefore,this paper designs an automatic maintenance system for oxygen supply failure of medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber based on Improved PCA technology.The oxygen supply data information of the medical hyperbaric chamber is collected through the sensing layer,and the improved PCA model is used to realize the oxygen supply troubleshooting of the medical hyperbaric chamber.The data set noise is removed according to the nonlinear wavelet transform threshold method,which effectively ensures the accuracy of automatic troubleshooting.The experimental results show that when the number of variables is 25,the dimensionality reduction time of the system is only 3.2s;When the noise is 90dB,the false detection rate and missed detection rate of the system are only 0.92%and 0.98%;The system can improve the accuracy of fault repair,and has good anti noise performance.It can accurately complete the automatic fault repair in the noise environment.
