摘  要:建立了气质联用法测定氰化亚金钾中氰含量的方法,采用DB-5MS色谱柱进行分离,外标法定量。实验结果表明,CN-在0.01μg/mL~0.50μg/mL内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996。本方法的检出限为0.005%,定量限为0.015%。6次平行测定的平均值为18.26%,RSD为1.47%,方法重复性好,且与按照氰化亚金钾分子式计算的氰含量的理论值接近,试验结果满意,可以为氰化亚金钾的成分鉴定提供一种参考方法。A method for the determination of cyanogen content in potassium dicyanoaurate by GC-MS was established,which was separated by DB-5MS and quantified by external standard method.The experimental results show that CN-has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01μg/mL~0.50μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9996.The LOD of this method is 0.005%,and the LOQ is 0.015%.The average value of 6 parallel determinations is 18.26%,and the RSD is 1.47%.The method has good repeatability and is close to the theoretical value of cyanide content calculated according to the formula of potassium dicyanoaurate.The test results are satisfactory,and it can provide a reference method for the identification of ingredients in potassium dicyanoaurate.
