摘　　要：目的:探讨全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒患者中的应用效果及对胃不良反应的影响。方法:选取108例急诊中毒患者,随机分为两组,观察洗胃效果、舒适度及胃不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组洗胃总有效率高于对照组,洗胃时间及住院时间均短于对照组,且洗胃液残留量少,舒适度明显,同时,不良反应发生率也低于对照组。结论:与半自动洗胃机相比,全自动洗胃机不仅能有效改善临床症状,还能缩短操作时间,减少对患者的刺激及不良事件发生,对于尽早康复出院、改善患者预后具有积极作用。Objective:To investigate the application effect of automatic gastric lavage machine in emergency patients with poisoning and its effect on gastric adverse reactions.Methods:One hundred and eight patients with emergency poisoning were selected and randomly divided into two groups to observe the effect of gastric lavage,comfort and the occurrence of gastric adverse reactions.Results:The total efficiency of gastric lavage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of gastric lavage and hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group,and the residual amount of gastric lavage fluid was less and the comfort level was obvious,meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions was also lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Compared with the semi-automatic gastric lavage machine,the fully automatic gastric lavage machine can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms,but also shorten the operation time and reduce the irritation and adverse events to the patients,which has a positive effect on the early recovery and discharge and improve the prognosis of the patients.
