彩色多普勒超声评估慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析彩色多普勒超声对CHF患者心功能的评估价值。方法:回顾性收集唐山市第一人民医院收治的CHF患者、健康体检者的临床资料为A组、B组,各100例。比较两组及不同NYHA分级CHF患者Hcy、NT-proBNP、LVEF、LVEDd,不同Hcy水平CHF患者心血管事件发生率及Hcy水平与其余指标的相关性。结果:A组Hcy、NT-proBNP、LVEDd高于B组,LVEF低于B组;CHF患者Hcy、NT-proBNP、LVEDd与NYHA分级呈正比,LVEF与NYHA分级呈反比;Hcy与NT-proBNP、LVEDd、NYHA分级呈正相关(r=0.862、0.931、0.863),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.967)。低Hcy组总心血管事件发生率低于高Hcy组(P均<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声对CHF患者的评估价值良好。Objective:To analyze estimated value of the cardiac functional in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)by color doppler echocardiography.Methods:The clinical data of CHF patients and healthy people in Tangshan First People's Hospital were collected retrospectively,and they were divided into group A and group B,with 100 cases in each group.Hcy,NT-proBNP,LVEF and LVEDd of CHF patients in two groups and different NYHA grades were compared,and the incidence of cardiovascular events and the correlation between Hcy level and other indexes of CHF patients with different Hcy levels were compared.Results:Hcy,NT-proBNP and LVEDd in Group A were higher than those in Group B,while LVEF was lower than those in Group B;Hcy,NT-proBNP,LVEDd in CHF patients were directly proportional to NYHA grade,while LVEF was inversely proportional to NYHA grade.Hcy was positively correlated with NT-proBNP,LVEDd and NYHA grades(r=0.862,0.931 and 0.863),and negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.967).The incidence of total cardiovascular events in low Hcy group was lower than that in high Hcy group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound had a good value in evaluating CHF patients.
