创伤性骨折采用骨创伤治疗仪干预对愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察创伤性骨折采用骨创伤治疗仪干预对愈合的影响。方法:选取恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院2020年1月至12月接受手术治疗的创伤性骨折患者100例,A组50例采用骨创伤治疗仪配合保护动机护理,B组50例采用常规护理,比较两组在差异化模式下的护理效果。结果:A组的疼痛评分较B组低(P<0.05),A组患者骨痂出现及肿胀消退所用时间比B组短(P<0.05),A组护理满意度较B组高(P<0.05)。结论:将骨创伤治疗仪结合保护动机护理应用实践于创伤性骨折手术护理对象之中,可有效减轻术后疼痛,促进骨折愈合恢复,提升护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of bone trauma therapy instrument on the healing of traumatic fracture.Methods:A total of 100 patients with traumatic fracture who received surgical treatment in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected,50 patients in group A were treated with bone trauma therapy instrument and protective motivation nursing,and 50 patients in group B were treated with conventional nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared under the differentiated mode.Results:The pain score of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05),the time of callus appearance and swelling subside in group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bone trauma therapy instrument combined with protective motivation nursing in the nursing objects of traumatic fracture surgery can effectively reduce postoperative pain,promote fracture healing recovery,improve nursing satisfaction.
