摘　　要：目的:研究眼科影像导航技术下鼻内窥镜眼眶手术影像漂移价值。方法:选取我院眼科手术86例患者随机分成试验组与对照组,对照组予以常规显微镜下手术治疗,试验组予以影像导航技术的基础上采用显微镜下手术治疗。分别对比两组在并发症,满意度,不良事件发生率以及器械耗损率,收缩压以及心率水平等方面的差异。结果:试验组与对照组在并发症、满意度、不良事件发生率、器械耗损率、术中收缩压、心率水平方面对比均有优势。试验组影像漂移及术中组织改变性影像漂移发生率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:眼科影像导航技术在显微镜下手术管理中能减少并发症的发生,且有效降低影像漂移发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the image drift value of nasal endoscopic orbital surgery under ophthalmic image navigation technology.Methods:86 patients with ophthalmic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with routine surgery under the microscope,and the experimental group was treated with surgery under the microscope on the basis of image navigation technology.The differences in complications,satisfaction,incidence of adverse events,device wear rate,systolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups were compared.Results:the experimental group and the control group had advantages in complications,satisfaction,incidence of adverse events,device consumption rate,intraoperative systolic blood pressure and heart rate.The incidence of image drift and intraoperative tissue changing image drift in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:ophthalmic image navigation technology can reduce the incidence of complications and effectively reduce the incidence of image drift in the operation management under microscope.It is worthy of clinical application.
