摘　　要：目的:探讨“3H”加固型胶布固定气管导管在危重新生儿急救转运途中的应用。方法:选取邯郸市第一医院新生儿科危重新生儿124例,随机分为对照组(n=62)、研究组(n=62)。对照组予以传统“H”型胶布固定气管导管,研究组采用“3H”加固型胶布固定气管导管,比较气管插管移位程度、舒适度、呼吸系统损伤、胶布固定及预后情况。结果:研究组气管插管移位程度优于对照组,舒适度评分较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组面部皮肤损伤、口角损伤、肺气肿、气管损伤发生率及患儿死亡率低于对照组,住院时间、住院花费少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“3H”加固型胶布固定气管导管可改善气管插管移位情况,提高患儿舒适度,促进疾病转归。Objective:To explore the application of"3H"reinforced tape to fix the tracheal tube in the emergency transport of critically ill neonates.Methods:A total of 124 critically ill neonates in the Department of Neonatology of the First Hospital of Handan City were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=62)and study group(n=62).The control group was given traditional"H"tape to fix the tracheal tube,while the study group was given"3H"reinforced tape to fix the tracheal tube.The displacement degree,comfort,respiratory system injury,tape fixation and prognosis were compared.Results:The displacement degree of tracheal intubation in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the comfort score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the length of hospital stay and the cost of hospitalization were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"3H"reinforced tape to fix the tracheal tube can improve the displacement of tracheal intubation,improve the comfort of children,and promote the prognosis of the disease.
