云南省紫丹参种质资源初步研究

摘　　要：目的:明确紫丹参在云南省的资源分布,筛选优质种质资源。方法:对11份紫丹参不同种质资源进行生态环境调查,测定其主要农艺性状和产量。结果:紫丹参在云南省分布广泛;株高、茎分枝数、根的长度、根的数量与产量呈极显著的正相关;在11份种质资源中,曲靖市宣威市和富源县产者为产量高的优质种源。结论:栽培中为了保证紫丹参的产量,可选择曲靖地区植株高、茎分枝数多的植株栽培在棕壤中。Objective The distribution of purple Salviae Miltiorrhizae et Rhizoma were cleared in Yunnan and screening high quality of germplasm resources.Methods The ecological environment of 11 different germplasm resources were surveyde,the main agronomic traits and yieldwere determined.Results The results showed that purple Salviae Miltiorrhizae et Rhizoma widely distribute in Yunnan Province.Plant Height,stem branch number,root length,root number and yield showed a significant positive correlation;The producers in Xuanwei City and Fuyuan County of Qujing City 11 different germplasm resources belong to the high yield.Conclusion In order to ensure the yield of purple Salviae Miltiorrhizae et Rhizoma,the plant with high plant height and more stem branches in Qujing should be cultivated in brown soil.
