摘  要:目的:建立和完善贵州民族药材官桂的质量标准。方法:研究采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别及薄层色谱鉴别法对官桂进行定性鉴别,同时检查其水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分,并对其浸出物和挥发油进行定量测定。结果:官桂药材显微特征明显、薄层色谱斑点清晰。3批官桂药材样品的水分测定结果为10.8%~12.0%,总灰分测定结果为4.0%~4.6%,酸不溶性灰分测定结果为0.1%~0.2%,浸出物测定结果为14.0%~22.5%。挥发油测定结果为0.9%~1.5%。结论:研究为提高官桂药材质量标准提供了参考。Objective To establish and improve the quality standard of Cinnamomi wilsonii in Guizhou.Methods Cinnamomi wilsonii was qualitatively identified by character identification,microscopic identification and Thin-LayerChromatography identification.At the same time,water content,total ash content and acid insoluble ash content of it were examined,and its extract and volatile oil were quantitatively determined.Results The microscopic characteristics and the spots of Thin-LayerChromatography were clear and evidentmoisture,moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,extract and volatile oil of 3 Cinnamomi wilsonii samples varied in the ranges of 10.8%-12.0%,4.0%-4.6%,0.1%-0.2%,14.0%-22.5% and 0.9%-1.5%.Conclusion This study provides a reference for improving the quality standard of Cinnamomi wilsonii.
