摘 要:为了提高冷库用制冷系统运行稳定性、降低系统能耗,设计并搭建一套基于低压补气技术的冷库用制冷系统试验台,测试分析不同压缩机转速下制冷系统的性能。试验结果表明:压缩机转速在3000~4500r/min范围内时,相较于不补气制冷系统,低压补气制冷系统排气温度降低12.8~18.8℃;在低压补气模式下,压缩机转速为4000r/min时,系统COP达到最大值(3.21),压缩机转速大于4000r/min时,系统COP下降,排气温度升高,不利于系统稳定运行。In order to improve the operation stability and reduce the energy consump-tion of the cold storage refrigeration system, a set of cold storage refrigeration system test benches based on low pressure vapor injection technology is designed and built, to test and analyze the performance of refrigeration system under different compressor rotation speeds. The test results show that the compressor rotation speed is in the range of 3 000-4 500 r/min, compared with the refrigeration system without vapor injection, the exhaust temperature of the refrigeration system with low pressure vapor injection is reduced by 12.8-18.8 ℃. Under the low pressure vapor injection condition, when the compressor rotation speed is 4 000 r/min, the system COP reaches the maximum value(3.21). When the compressor rotation speed is greater than 4 000 r/min, the system COP drops and the exhaust temperature rises, which is adverse to the operation stability of the system.
