摘 要:水冷式冷水机组在寒冷季节启动或运行时,存在热源侧温度比使用侧温度低的情况(逆温差工况),此类工况区别于国家标准GB/T18430.1—2007规定的工况。针对逆温差工况测试,本文对传统水冷式冷水机组评价系统进行改造设计,并对涉及的设备、原理进行论述。测试结果表明,具有逆温差测试功能的水冷式冷水机组评价系统控制工况稳定、调节精度高,可以为行业内同类型评价系统的设计提供参考。When the water cooled chillers start or run in cold season,it can exist that the temperature of the heat source side is lower than that of the use side under inverse temperature difference working condition,which is different from that stated in GB/T 18430.1-2007 working condition.Aiming at the test of inverse temperature difference working condition,the evaluation system of traditional water-cooled chiller is reformed and designed,and the equipment and principle involved are discussed.The test results show that the evaluation system of water-cooled chiller with the test function of inverse temperature difference is stable in control condi-tion,and it has high precision in regulation,which provides reference for the design of the same type of evaluation system in the industry.
