摘　　要：针对轨道车辆空调在故障信息采集中存在的问题,介绍了轨道交通车辆空调故障模式库创建的主要做法,并介绍了故障模式库在FRACAS(故障报告、分析及纠正系统)和FMEA分析中的运用,阐述了建立轨道空调故障模式库对提高产品设计可靠性的重要意义。Aiming at the problems existing in the collection of failure information for rail vehicles,this article introduces the main methods of creating a rail vehicle air condi-tioning failure mode library.It also introduces the application of failure mode library in FRACAS(failure reporting,analysis and corrective action system)and FMEA analysis,and expounds the importance of establishing a rail air conditioning failure mode library to improve product design reliability.
