摘 要:智慧能源站以新建变电站为依托,创新建设模式,实现变电站、数据中心站、综合能源站集成融合与友好互动,实现能源流、数据流、业务流合一,提升电网综合效率,满足城市建设对能源、环境的综合要求。贯彻“互联网+智慧能源”理念,建立电力“云”服务,打造“多站融合”的共享新模式,实现“三型两网、世界一流”的建设目标。按照“多站合一”的建设模式,结合某220 kV变电站实际工程情况,对站内变电站、综合能源站、数据中心站进行总体统筹布置优化研究,在保证可靠性的前提下,降低了建设成本和运维成本,提高了综合能效,为后续智慧能源站“多站融合”试点工程的规划设计和运行提供参考。Relying on new substations,smart energy stations innovate construction models to realize the integration and friendly interaction of substations,data center stations,and integrated energy stations,realize the integration of energy flow,data flow,and business flow,improve the overall efficiency and benefit of the power grid,and meet the needs of urban construction comprehensive requirements for energy and environment.The"Internet+Smart Energy"concept is implemented,a power"cloud"service is established,a novelsharing model of"multi-station integration"is created,and the goal of"three types,two networks,and world-class"is achieved.According to the construction mode of"multiple stations in one",combined with the actual engineering situation of a 220 kV substation,the overall layout optimization of substation,comprehensive energy station and data center station is studied.On the premise of ensuring reliability,it reduces the construction cost and operation and maintenance cost,improves the comprehensive energy efficiency,and provides a reference for the planning,design and operation of the follow-up"multi station integration"pilot project of smart energy station.
