摘 要:异步电机是海港传动运输系统的主要驱动设备,一旦发生故障就会影响运输设备的正常运行,给企业带来严重损失,尤其在装卸运输过程中易受到白噪声等因素的影响,故障特征与故障类型之间存在较强的非线性关系,因此提出了利用T-S模糊建模的方式建立异步电机的非线性系统模型,通过观测器跟踪进行残差计算,仿真结果证明了其可行性。Asynchronous motor is the main driving equipment of the seaport transmission and transportation system.Once it fails,it will affect the normal operation of the transportation equipment and cause serious losses to the enterprise.Especially in the process of loading,unloading and transportation,it is easily affected by factors such as white noise,and there is a strong nonlinear relationship between fault characteristics and fault types.Therefore,T-S fuzzy modeling method is proposed to establish the nonlinear system model of asynchronous motor,and the residual is calculated by observer tracking.The feasibility of the design is verified by simulation results.
