高层建筑火灾原因调查与消防监督管理对策

摘　　要：工业化建设及经济发展促进了高层建筑规模的不断扩大,建筑工程安全性关乎民众生命健康与财产安全,应该给予高度重视。由于高层建筑结构复杂、火势蔓延速度快、人员疏散难度大,因而高层建筑火灾预防及救援均面临极大挑战。文章分析了高层建筑的疏散楼梯、防火设施、消防排烟、消防水泵几个方面存在的火灾隐患,并探讨了导致火灾发生的具体原因,而后进一步阐述了消防监督管理的可行性对策,希望可以通过消防监督管理力度的加强、管理措施的有效实施尽可能减少高层建筑火灾发生率。Industrial construction and economic development have promoted the continuous expansion of the scale of high-rise buildings.The safety of construction projects is related to people's life and health and property safety,which should be highly valued.Due to the complex structure of high-rise buildings,the rapid spread of fire and the difficulty of personnel evacuation,the fire prevention and rescue of high-rise buildings are facing great challenges.This paper analyzes the fire hazards in the evacuation stairs,fire protection facilities,fire smoke exhaust and fire pump of high-rise buildings,and discusses the specific causes of fire,and then further expounds the feasible countenneasures of fire supervision and management,hoping to reduce the fire incidence of high-rise buildings as much as possible through the strengthening of fire supervision and management and the effective implementation of management measures.
