新时期提升消防员综合应急救援能力研究

摘　　要：在新时期消防工作中,对消防员个人素养提出了更高的要求,必须提升综合应急救援能力,适应紧急情况下的消防救援工作需求,从而提升消防队伍的整体水平。然而,受传统思维理念的限制,在能力提升机制建设中遇到诸多问题,不利于消防事业的发展。对消防员综合应急救援能力进行介绍,探索提升消防员综合应急救援能力的意义及问题,对提升消防员综合应急救援能力的策略进行研究。Fire and rescue is the basic work to maintain the harmonious and stable development of society.The work can realize effective prevention and timely control of emergencies,and prevent huge losses to the country and society.In the firefighting work in the new era,higher requirements are put forward for the personal qualities of firefighters.It is necessary to improve the comprehensive emergency rescue capabilities and adapt to the needs of firefighting rescue work in emergency situations,so as to improve the overall level of the firefighting team.However,due to the limitation of traditional thinking concepts,many problems have been encountered in the construction of the capability improvement mechanism,which is not conducive to the development of fire protection.The paper will introduce the comprehensive emergency rescue capability of firefighters,explore the significance and problems of improving the comprehensive emergency rescue capability of firefighters,and study the strategies for improving the comprehensive emergency rescue capability of firefighters.
