摘  要:为探讨不同Mn肥在淹水和落干条件下对水稻Cd累积的影响,分别于这两种水分管理条件下,对两个水稻品种施加MnCO_(3)、MnSO_(4)、MnCl_(2)、杨木屑吸附MnCl_(2)肥(PS-Mn)、米糠吸附MnCl_(2)肥(RB-Mn),进行温室盆栽试验。3种无机Mn肥施用量为250 mg∙kg^(-1)(以Mn计,下同),2种有机Mn肥施用量为25 mg∙kg^(-1)(对应的Mn施用量为PS-Mn:380 mg∙kg^(-1),RB-Mn:177 mg∙kg^(-1))。试验所用土壤中Cd含量为0.75 mg∙kg^(-1),pH 6.33。结果表明,持续淹水条件下水稻Cd含量明显低于落干条件(P<0.05)。落干条件下,2个水稻品种籽粒Cd含量均为MnSO_(4)、MnCO_(3)处理最低,RB-Mn处理最高。研究表明,持续淹水能显著降低水稻Cd含量,使之低于食品安全限值0.2 mg∙kg^(-1),但持续淹水可能使水稻减产;在落干条件下,施加MnSO_(4)、MnCO_(3)能降低水稻籽粒Cd含量至0.2 mg∙kg^(-1)以下,但施加MnCl_(2)和2种有机Mn肥没有明显的降Cd效果,其机理有待进一步研究。To investigate the effects of different types of Mn fertilizer on Cd accumulation in rice under waterlogging and dry conditions,two rice varieties were planted in pots in a greenhouse and treated with MnCO_(3),MnSO_(4),MnCl_(2),poplar sawdust absorbing MnCl_(2)(PS-Mn),and rice bran absorbing MnCl_(2)(RB-Mn)under these two water conditions.The application rate of inorganic Mn fertilizer was 250 mg∙kg^(-1)(Mn content),whereas that of organic Mn fertilizer was 25 g∙kg^(-1)(Mn application rates of PS-Mn:380 mg∙kg^(-1);RB-Mn:177 mg∙kg^(-1)).The soil used in this experiment had a Cd content of 0.75 mg∙kg^(-1)and a pH of 6.33.The results showed that the rice Cd content under continuous flooding conditions was lower than under drying condition.Under dry conditions,the difference in the Cd content in rice grains among the different Mn fertilizer treatments was significant(P<0.05).The Cd content in rice grains of both varieties was the lowest in MnSO_(4) and MnCO_(3) treatments,and the highest in the RB-Mn treatment.In conclusion,logging can reduce the Cd content in rice and meet the standard limit of 0.2 mg∙kg^(-1),but continuous logging can also reduce the grain yield.Under dry conditions,the application of MnSO_(4) and MnCO_(3) reduced the Cd content in rice to less than 0.2 mg∙kg^(-1),but MnCl_(2) and the two organic Mn fertilizers could not significantly reduce the Cd content in rice.The mechanisms involved should be elucidated in further studies.
