摘　　要：为考察居民商业保险购买行为与健康状况的内在影响机制,以中国家庭追踪调查2016年度与2018年度数据为研究样本展开实证研究。结果表明,购买商业保险对居民健康状况有显著改善作用,且这种改善作用主要通过改善居民的就医行为和健康行为进而提高居民健康水平;商业保险购买行为对城镇居民、低收入居民以及中老年居民健康的改善作用更为明显。In order to investigate the relationship between the purchase behavior of commercial insurance and the health of residents,the empirical study was carried out based on the data of China Family Panel Survey in 2016 and 2018.The results show that the purchase of commercial insurance can significantly improve the health of residents,and it mainly improves the health level of residents by improving their health seeking behavior and health behavior.The purchase behavior of commercial insurance can significantly improve the health status of urban residents,low-income residents and middle-aged and elderly residents.
