坚土层中的锚杆静压桩承台基础施工技术研究——以中山大学广州校区南校园永芳堂改造项目为例

摘　　要：随着旧有建筑改建、扩建项目越来越多,锚杆静压桩的应用也越来越常见。文章以中山大学广州校区南校园永芳堂改造项目为例,对坚土层中的锚杆静压桩承台基础施工技术展开研究,分析了项目技术难点、介绍了解决方案,并详细论述了施工工艺流程及操作要点,以期为相关人员提供参考。With more and more reconstruction and expansion projects of old buildings, the application of anchor static pressure piles is becoming more and more common. Taking the reconstruction project of Yongfangtang in the southern district of Guangzhou Campus of Sun Yat-sen University as an example, this paper studies the construction technology of anchor static pressure pile cap foundation in the hard soil layer, analyzes the technical difficulties of the project, introduces the solutions, and discusses the construction process and operation points in detail, so as to provide references for relevant personnel.
