摘　　要：文章从国际工程投标报价竞争性、约束性、复杂性特点出发,提出国际工程投标报价应基于项目所在国的法律、政策、自然环境等因素,制订投标报价计划、做好前期现场考察、编制投标报价实施计划、估算成标报价。同时,重点论述了各类灵活可靠的报价方式与技巧,包括不平衡报价法、突然降价法、先亏后赢法等,助力企业提升投标竞争水平,为企业开拓国际工程市场奠定基础。Starting from the competitive, restrictive and complex characteristics of international engineering bidding quotation, this paper puts forward that international engineering bidding quotation should be based on local laws,policies, natural environment and other factors to formulate bidding quotation plan, do a good job in the preliminary site inspection, prepare bidding quotation implementation plan,and estimate bidding quotation. At the same time, it focuses on various flexible and reliable quotation methods and techniques, including the unbalanced quotation method, the sudden price reduction method, the first loss and then win method, etc., so as to help enterprises improve the bidding competition level and lay the foundation for enterprises to develop the international engineering market.
