摘　　要：随着经济的全面发展和城市化建设进度的加快,城市用地越来越少,为提高土地利用率,同时满足人们生活生产需求,高层建筑数量和规模呈明显上升趋势,其中桩基工程是高层建筑安全、稳固的重要保障。基于此,文章就高层建筑桩基工程施工技术要点展开研究,以此为基础分析施工技术管理,以供参考。With the all-round development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, urban land is becoming less and less. In order to improve the land utilization and meet the needs of people’s living and production, the number and scale of high-rise buildings are on the rise. Among them,pile foundation engineering is an important guarantee for the safety and stability of high-rise buildings. Based on this,this paper studies the key points of of high-rise building pile foundation engineering, and analyzes the construction technology management for reference.
