摘 要:煤矿生产属于高危作业,尤其是在基本建设阶段,点多面广,很容易发生安全事故,需要实施标准化建设管理工作,保障煤矿生产安全。对此,文章立足煤矿安全生产建设管理现状,挖掘监管体制、责任主体、职工培训等方面存在的问题,并提出针对性解决措施,力求通过完善的安全管理体制、实施“4+4+1”模式、加强安全培训等方式,使管理程序得以优化,主体责任与职责内容更加明确,全体职工综合素质得到极大提升,为煤矿生产稳定高效开展提供强大助力。Coal mine production belongs to a high-risk operation, especially in the stage of capital construction. With multiple points and wide areas, safety accidents are prone to occur. It is necessary to implement standardized construction management to ensure the safety of coal mine production. In this regard, based on the current situation of coal mine safety production and construction management, this paper excavates the problems existing in the supervision system, responsibility subject and employee training, and puts forward targeted solutions to optimize the management process, clarify the main responsibility and responsibility content, and greatly improve the comprehensive quality of all employees by improving the safety management system,implementing the "4 + 4 + 1" mode and strengthening safety training, so as to provide strong help for the stable and efficient development of coal mine production.
