摘 要:随着我国基础设施建设的快速发展,目前我国桥梁数量逐年增加,尤其在珠三角水域,水上桥梁随处可见。对于水上特大桥梁,钢套箱为承台施工提供了条件,针对不同的水域环境,如何设计一套合理的钢套箱并成功实施,是桥梁施工中的一项重大关键技术。文章以剑潭东江特大桥为例,从钢套箱设计、围堰结构计算、钢套箱制作安装及拆除关键技术等方面,就该桥主墩承台的钢套箱设计与施工进行研究,可为同类型承台施工提供参考。With the rapid development of infrastructure construction, the number of bridges is increasing year by year in China, especially in the waters of Pearl River Delta, water bridges can be seen everywhere. For super-large water bridges, the steel-jacketed box provides conditions for the construction of caps. For different water environments, how to design a reasonable set of steel-jacketed boxes and successfully implement them is a major key technology in bridge construction. Taking Jiantan Dongjiang Super-large Bridge as an example, this paper studies the design and construction of the steel-jacketed boxes for the main pier cap of the bridge from the aspects of the design of the steel-jacketed box, the calculation of the cofferdam structure, the key technologies of the production, installation and demolition of the steel-jacketed box, which can provide references for the construction of the same type of cap.
