摘　　要：目的旨在介绍一种可自动识别穿刺器尖端位置,具有安全保护功能的智能定位腹腔镜穿刺器的设计。方法从具有安全保护功能的智能定位腹腔镜穿刺器的构成及硬件、软件设计三个方面进行介绍。该装置由机械穿刺部分和安全保护系统组成,安全保护系统包括电磁锁、压力信号传递系统、弹簧组件和电磁锁控制系统,压力信号传递系统和电磁锁控制系统是该仪器的核心部分。仪器工作时,压力传感器将气室内的压力信号传送给单片机,单片机进行分析后向电磁锁发出开锁指令,针芯在弹簧作用下自动缩进套管内。结果本穿刺器设置了使针芯的针尖自动缩进套管的安全保护系统。在进行腹壁穿刺时,只要针芯针尖完全进入腹腔即可自动缩进套管,起到了防止针尖误伤腹腔脏器和血管的作用。结论基于单片机辅助的具有安全保护功能的智能定位腹腔镜穿刺器具有智能化程度高,体积更小,操作方便,经济实用等优点,对于提高腹腔穿刺的安全性具有重要的临床意义。Objective This study aimed to introduce the design of intelligent positioning laparoscopic puncture device,which can automatically identify the location of the tip of the puncture and has the function of safety protection.Methods The device is composed of mechanical puncture part and safety protection system.The safety protection system includes electromagnetic lock,pressure signal transmission system,spring assembly and electromagnetic lock control system,and the pressure signal transmission system and electromagnetic lock control system are the core part of the instrument.When the instrument is working,the pressure sensor sends the pressure signal of the gas chamber to the microcomputer.After analyzing the pressure signal,the microcomputer sends out the unlocking instruction to the electromagnetic lock,and the needle core is automatically retraction into the cannula under the action of the spring.Results The puncture device sets safety protection system that automatically indent the needle tip of the needle core into the cannula.When the abdominal wall puncture is carried out,as long as the needle core tip enters the abdominal cavity,it can automatically retract the cannula and prevent the needle tip from injure the abdominal viscera and vessels.Conclusion With a high degree of intelligence,small volume,convenient operation,economical and practical advantages,the instrument has important clinical significance for improving the safety of abdominal puncture.
