摘  要:为获得全陶瓷角接触球轴承在无润滑条件下内部温度分布,对Palmgren经验公式中的润滑系数进行修正,建立了无润滑条件下轴承摩擦生热模型。研究结果表明,针对于全陶瓷角接触球轴承无润滑生热计算模型中将润滑系数采用油气润滑时的85%~95%是合理的,并确定了轴承内部的温度分布;通过修正后的经验公式得到了摩擦热在轴承内部的传递情况,为进一步研究陶瓷球轴承服役性能,提高全陶瓷球轴承的寿命及可靠性提供了理论参考。In order to obtain the internal temperature distribution of full-ceramic angular contact ball bearing non-lubrication,the lubrication coefficient in Palmgren's empirical formula was modified,and the bearing friction heat generation model non-lubrication was established.The results show that it is reasonable to use 85%~95%of the lubrication coefficient in the calculation model of non-lubrication heat generation of full-ceramic angular contact ball bearings,and the temperature distribution inside the bearings is determined.The transfer of friction heat inside the bearing was obtained by the modified empirical formula,which provided a theoretical reference for further research on the service performance of ceramic ball bearings and improving the life and reliability of full-ceramic ball bearings.
