摘　　要：目的:重症脑出血患者术后接受PDCA循环管理的并发症情况。方法:选取2018年9月至2020年8月于本院接受外科手术治疗的82例女性重症脑出血患者为研究病例,以患者床位号奇偶性分为对照组、观察组,每组41例患者;对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组术后接受PDCA循环管理;比较两组患者的并发症情况以及护理满意度。结果:观察组中7.32%的患者出现并发症,低于对照组的26.83%,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组中95.12%的患者对护理满意,高于对照组的70.73%,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:重症脑出血患者术后接受PDCA循环管理可降低并发症风险,为治疗提供安全性保障,更利于获得患者对护理工作的认可。Objective:Postoperative complications of PDCA cycle management in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:82 female patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the study cases.The parity of the patient's bed number was used as the basis for dividing the control group and the observation group,each containing 41 patients;the control group received routine care after surgery,and the observation group received PDCA cycle management after surgery;the complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:7.32%of the patients in the observation group had complications,compared with 26.83%in the control group,the data was small,and statistical differences were seen between the groups(P<0.05);95.12%of the patients in the observation group were satisfied with the nursing care,compared with the control group,the 70.73%of the groups have relatively large data,and statistical differences can be seen between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative PDCA cycle management in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the risk of complications,provide safety guarantee for the treatment,and be more conducive to obtaining patient recognition for nursing work.
