摘 要:宫颈癌是全世界妇女中第四大最常见的恶性肿瘤,持续感染高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)是宫颈癌发生的主要原因。病毒会加重患者阴道微生态的紊乱程度,同时改变宫颈局部的免疫微环境,使病毒逃避机体的免疫监视,促进其在感染细胞内的增殖与扩散,导致宫颈癌的发生和发展。本综述将对近年来在HR-HPV的持续作用下阴道微生态与免疫微环境促进宫颈癌进展的研究进行分析,总结病毒免疫逃逸的机制,为防治宫颈癌的免疫治疗提供新思路。Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer among women worldwide,and persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)is the leading cause of cervical cancer.The virus will aggravate the degree of vaginal microecological disturbance in patients,and change the local immune microenvironment of the cervix,so that the virus evades the immune surveillance of the body,promotes its proliferation and spread in infected cells,leading to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.This review will analyze the research on vaginal microecology and immune microenvironment promoting the progression of cervical cancer under continuous action of HR-HPV in recent years,summarize the mechanism of viral immune escape,and provide new ideas for the immunotherapy for prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
