摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司Ⅰ套催化裂化装置是较早进行炼油结构调整提质升级改造的装置。改造采用LTAG工艺技术,采用为双反应器和双分馏塔相结合的工艺流程,解决了重油催化裂化原料与加氢后劣质柴油两种差异性原料进行高选择性裂化反应的难题,改造后获得了与常规重油催化裂化性质不同的LTAG回炼油馏分。该馏分产品馏程集中,硫、氮含量低,芳烃含量高,对比了产品的质量指标,分析了其在生产环保型橡胶填充油、导热油、针状焦等高附加值产品的潜力。Set Ⅰ catalytic cracking unit of SINOPEC Jinan Company is an earlier unit for oil refining structure adjustment, quality improvement and upgrading. The transformation of the device designs the dual reactors and double fractionation towers to revamp the fluid catalytic cracking unit by the LTAG technology, which solves the problem of realizing high-selective conversion for heavy oil feed and hydrogenated low-quality diesel respectively. After the revamp, LTAG heavy fraction products with different properties from conventional heavy oil feed are obtained. These heavy fraction products have concentrated distillation range, low sulfur and nitrogen content, high aromatic content. Its potential for generating the high value-added products such as environmental protection rubber filler oil, heat transfer oil, and needle coke are analyzed by comparing the quality indicators of related products.
