摘 要:整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)装置是炼油化工一体化项目的公用工程岛,配置有IGCC装置的炼化一体化工厂蒸汽系统复杂,各等级蒸汽管网交织在一起,低温热数量多,炼油装置余热锅炉蒸汽质量控制难度大,全厂蒸汽平衡难度大,减温减压器长期有流量,造成能量损失。根据配置IGCC炼油化工一体化工厂蒸汽构成特点,分析蒸汽系统运行存在的问题,通过对炼油装置余热锅炉低压蒸汽输送流程优化,优化透平泵运行,增设能量回收设备,回收IGCC、炼油及芳烃装置的低温热,使全厂4个等级的蒸汽达到平衡,减温减压器流量最小化,每年节约蒸汽运行成本12 094万元,降本减费效果非常显著。IGCC(integrated gasification combined cycle) unit is a utility island of refining and chemical integrated project. The steam system of integrated refining and chemical plant equipped with IGCC unit is complex, the steam pipe networks of various levels are interleaved, the quantity of low-temperature heat is large, the steam quality control of waste heat boiler of refining unit is difficult, the site-wide steam balance is difficult, long term flow of temperature-decreased pressure reducer, which causes energy loss. According to the steam composition features of IGCC integrated refining and chemical plant, the problems existing in the operation of steam system are analyzed. Through optimizing the low pressure steam delivery process of waste heat boiler, optimizing the operation of turbine pumps, adding energy recovery equipment to recover low temperature heat from IGCC, refining units and PX units, the four grades of steam in the whole plant are balanced, the flow of temperature-decreased pressure reducer is minimized, and steam operating cost is saved by 120.94 million yuan per year. The effect of cost reduction and fee reduction is very significant.
