摘 要:介绍了天然气脱硫装置的工艺流程及国产有机硫水解催化剂在某天然气净化装置水解反应器的工业应用情况。该装置在负荷分别为90%,100%,105%的3种工况条件下使用国产有机硫水解催化剂9个月后,对有机硫水解催化剂进行标定,分析了水解反应器出口COS含量、水解转化率及产品天然气组分变化情况。结果表明:天然气中有机硫水解转化率大于99.5%,湿净化天然气中COS的体积分数低于1μL/L,产品天然气中硫化氢的质量浓度低于3 mg/m^(3),总硫的质量浓度低于5 mg/m^(3),满足GB/T 17820—2018《天然气》一类气技术指标,可以保障装置安全稳定运行。The process flow of natural gas desulfurization unit and the industrial application of domestic organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst in the hydrolysis reactor of a natural gas purification unit are introduced. After using the domestic organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst for 9 months under three working conditions of 90%, 100% and 105% load respectively, the organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst was calibrated, and the COS content at the outlet of the hydrolysis reactor, hydrolysis conversion rate and the change of natural gas composition of the product were analyzed. The results show that the hydrolysis conversion rate of organic sulfur in natural gas is greater than 99.5%, the volume fraction of COS in wet purified natural gas is less than 1 μL/L, the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide in product natural gas is less than 3 mg/m^(3), and the mass concentration of total sulfur is less than 5 mg/m^(3), which meets the technical indicators of class I gas of GB/T 17820—2018 Natural Gas, and can ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
