等径气泡平行聚并行为对流场与传质过程的影响

摘  要:气泡聚并过程对精馏、吸收、气液反应器等单元操作中气泡运动速度和形态有重要影响,对研究气液传质过程有着重要意义。利用Fluent软件对等径气泡平行聚并行为及传质过程进行了研究,分析气泡直径、气泡间距对气泡聚并行为和相间传质过程的影响。结果表明:气泡在涡流和压力差的作用下实现聚并,在聚并过程中新产生多个涡流,形体曳力不对称分布使气泡形状发生变化,压力分布重排,泡内压力值减小;聚并高度随气泡直径的增大先减小后增大,随液体黏度增大而增大。研究发现气泡间距决定了气泡聚并的可能性,得到了不同浓度甘油溶液中临界间距与气泡直径的关系。最后分析了聚并行为对传质过程的影响,直径为2和4 mm气泡聚并后CO_(2)溶解量分别减小了24.7%、21.7%。The bubble coalescence process has an important effect on the velocity and morphology of bubbles in unit operations such as distillation,absorption and gas-liquid reactor,and is of great significance for the research of air-liquid mass transfer process.Fluent software was used to study the parallel coalescence behavior and mass transfer process of bubbles with equal diameter.The results show that several new eddies are generated in the coalescence process,the shape changes,the pressure distribution rearranges,and the pressure value in the bubble decreases.The coalescence height decreases first and then increases with the increase of bubble diameter and increases with the increase of liquid viscosity.It is found that the bubble spacing determines the possibility of bubble coalescence and the relationship between the critical spacing and the bubble diameter in glycerol solution with different concentrations is obtained.Finally,the effect of coalescence behavior on the mass transfer process was analyzed.It was determined that the dissolved CO_(2) of 2 mm and 4 mm bubbles decreased by 24.7%and 21.7%,respectively,which was mainly caused by the decrease of gas-liquid contact area.
