摘　　要：伊犁昭苏地区是马泰勒虫病流行地区之一。2021年5月至9月共采集马血液样品183份。PCR检测发现,共有57份样品为阳性,阳性率为31.1%(57/183)。在采样过程中发现一患病马,临床表现为体温升高、呼吸急促、精神沉郁、食欲减退。经临床诊断结合PCR检测结果,最终确诊为马泰勒虫病。药物治疗后,患马痊愈且预后良好。文章总结该病例的诊断过程及治疗方案,以期为马泰勒虫病的诊断及治疗方案提供参考。Zhaosu area of Ili is one of the endemic areas of Theileria equi. 183 horse blood samples were collected from May to September, 2021. PCR detection showed that 57 samples were positive, and the positive rate was 31.1%(57/183).During the sampling process, a sick horse was clinically characterized by elevated body temperature, shortness of breath,depression and loss of appetite. After clinical diagnosis and PCR diagnosis, it was finally diagnosed as Theileria equi. After drug treatment, the sick horse recovered and had a good prognosis. The diagnosis and treatment plan of the case was introduced in the paper, to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment plan of Theileria equi.
