普通变形杆菌致赤颈袋鼠牙周病的诊治

摘　　要：巨足动物进行性牙周病一直是全球圈养巨足动物饲养的难题。通过触诊、视诊以及影像学技术对王城动物园内6只患进行性牙周病的赤颈袋鼠进行疾病发展程度判定;分别采用手术清创治疗、局部性治疗、药物注射全身性治疗以及饲料调整等4种方式对其进行治疗;使用全自动微生物鉴定及药敏检测分析仪,鉴定其致病菌及敏感药物,以期达到降低该病发病率、病死率、复发率的目的。经过诊断,4只赤颈袋鼠为轻症,表现为牙龈溃烂、下臼齿坏死、脱落以及轻度的下唇组织分离等;另外两只袋鼠为重症,表现为下颌瘘道、严重的组织及下臼齿钙化等。经过治疗,5只袋鼠在15 d内痊愈,1只重症原色赤颈袋鼠经治疗无效死亡。根据鉴定,该群赤颈袋鼠巨足动物进行性牙周病的病原菌为普通变形杆菌,该菌对3种抗生素敏感,分别为庆大霉素、亚胺培南和美罗培南;对14种抗生素不敏感;对3种抗生素中介。Macropods progressive periodontal disease has been a difficult problem in captive animals worldwide. The paper determined the degree of disease development by palpation, visual diagnosis and imaging techniques. The study used four methods of surgical debridement therapy, local therapy, drug injection systemic therapy, and feed adjustment,respectively, and used automatic microbial identification and drug susceptibility detection analyzer to identify pathogenic bacteria and sensitive drugs. In order to achieve the purpose of reducing the morbidity, mortality and recurrence rate of the disease. After diagnosis, four red-necked wallabies had mild disease, showing gingival ulceration, lower molar necrosis,shedding and mild lower lip tissue separation. The other two wallabies were severe, showing the mandibular fistula tract,severe tissue and lower molar calcification. After treatment, five wallabies recovered within 15 d, and a severe primary rednecked wallaby died. According to the identification, the pathogen of the periodontal disease was Proteus vulgaris. The bacterium is sensitive to three antibiotics, gentamicin, imipenem and meropenem, insensitive to 14 antibiotics and intermediary to three antibiotics.
